Successful candidates have proven academic excellence, demonstrated leadership in their college communities and are eager to immerse themselves in a two-year experience that will challenge them, train them and empower them with the skills and network they need to take a first step towards leadership in world of social impact.
Applicants must be college seniors at accredited four-year institutions at the time of application and be eligible to work in the United States for the duration of the Fellowship.
How To Apply
Prospective Fellows apply directly to host organizations when they apply for the next cohort.
Applications open each year in early November when we announce new hosts and Fellowship positions.
The FAO Schwarz Fellowship chooses a select number of organizations to host Fellows each year, and these hosts are responsible for screening candidates, conducting interviews and ultimately selecting Fellows. We encourage you to learn as much as possible about the host organizations and review the Fellowship descriptions before applying.
